The staff at Gaia Village hotel are truly amazing! They are very friendly, helpful and attentive to their guests. Even the lady in charge of activities/entertainment is a delight to be around, she is very funny too! The bar staff were excellent and the reception and animation team mostly spoke German. The hotel staff are especially friendly towards children. Their kindness and helpfulness extended to everyone, from the cleaning ladies to the waiters and reception staff. The only exception was the chef in charge of the restaurant who was reported to be unfriendly and even scolded a worker in front of the guests. Despite this, the rest of the staff including Casey, Lulli, Andy, the receptionists and even Christine from the supermarket were praised for their amazing friendliness and helpfulness!
