Exceptional facilities and services provide an incredible experience with superb staff that is friendly and accommodating to special requests. The hotel's outstanding standing is apparent from the moment you walk in. The view, including the magnificent Sky Fall Club on the 29th floor, is breathtaking, especially at night. The receptionist Imene is an absolute darling, always going the extra mile to satisfy guests. Although some guests found room for improvement, this does not change the fact that this is a truly exceptional five-star hotel with impeccable service and facilities. Thank you to the staff for making our stay wonderful!
