The spa facilities at the Astana International Hotel are characterized by mixed reviews. A frequent highlight is the presence of a sauna, which is appreciated for being included in the services and is even available for private use. The gym, while mentioned, did not gather detailed comments.
However, several issues were pointed out regarding the sauna's maintenance and functionality. There have been reports of the sauna being cold, not working as expected and requiring early booking for use. Cleanliness of the sauna also raised some concerns. Additionally, the overall state of the swimming pool was found to be subpar and there was confusion about the presence of a full spa, as some guests found only a nail salon instead of a complete spa facility.
Overall, while the hotel features a sauna and a gym, the experiences vary significantly and improvements in maintenance and clarity of facilities could enhance guest satisfaction.
