Superior King Room Our Superior King rooms all have en-suite showers. We have two sea-facing and two courtyard-facing. They are all unique and have a beautiful look and feel all of their own. From the sea-facing rooms you can watch the hustle and bustle of Weymouth’s seafront, and marvel at stunning sunrises and sunsets. The courtyard-facing rooms are for those who enjoy a slightly more peaceful stay. All come equipped with a complimentary refreshment tray with cafetiere, soft white fluffy towels, hairdryer, tv and a king-size bed with crisp white bed linen.

Superior Suite Our Superior Suite runs along the length of our courtyard below, it is set back from the main house in a peaceful oasis all of its own and does not have a sea view. It is our only ground floor room. It comprises a king-size bed and a separate seating area divided by a small wall with two lounge chairs and a TV. It has a stunning bathroom with the advantage of having both a luxuriously deep bath and roomy shower (this is the only room in the house with a bath). The room is equipped with a complimentary refreshment tray including a cafetiere, hairdryer, tv, soft white fluffy towels and beds with crisp white bed linen.

Standard Double Room We have two of these double rooms with en-suite showers and both are sea-facing, giving you panoramic views of Weymouth Bay. They are smaller than the king-size rooms, have a standard-sized double bed, and are more suited to shorter stays. They are beautifully airy and bright. The rooms are equipped with a complimentary refreshment tray, hairdryer, tv, soft white fluffy towels and beds with crisp white bed linen.

Deluxe King Room Our Deluxe King Room is the most sought after in our hotel; otherwise known as “the best room in the house” by those returning guests who regularly request it. It has uninterrupted views of Weymouth Bay, and two huge almost floor to ceiling windows and balcony. It also has a seating area where you can enjoy the views, relax and unwind. The room comes equipped with a refreshment tray (including cafetiere), hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and soft fluffy white towels.

Superior Twin Room This is a courtyard-facing room with en-suite shower room, and the option of configuring the room with either two single beds or one super-king – please let us know your preference in advance. A beautiful peaceful room with high ceilings and period fireplace. The room is equipped with a complimentary refreshment tray with cafetiere, hairdryer, tv, soft white fluffy towels and beds with crisp white bed linen.

The No. 98 Boutique Hotel in Weymouth has a prime location on the seafront, just steps away from the beach and close to everything you need. It's conveniently located near the train and bus stations, as well as the Weymouth Pavilion and town. Guests rave about the perfect location with lovely views from their rooms and easy walking distance to pretty much everything. The hotel is right across from the beach and has a fab location, ideal for exploring the beach, shops and surrounding visitor attractions. Despite some road noise, the location is excellent with the best of Weymouth within walking distance. Staff are thoughtful and helpful and the rooms are clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast has a great choice of food and there is free parking at the back of the hotel. Overall, the No. 98 Boutique Hotel is a homely and lovely place to stay during your first visit to Weymouth.

Breakfast

No. 98 Boutique Hotel offers guests an exceptional breakfast experience. A highlight for many is the delicious eggs Benedict, made to perfection. The yoghurt with homemade compote is also a must-try. Guests rave about the variety and quality of the breakfast options with many describing it as excellent, superb and amazing. The vegetarian option is a nice touch too. The cooked breakfast is particularly high quality with top-quality produce used. The breakfast is prepared fresh to order, ensuring everything is cooked perfectly. Overall, the breakfast at No. 98 Boutique Hotel is truly exceptional - a highlight of any stay at the hotel.

Rooms
