The rooms were also hit or miss with some guests finding them dated and others satisfied with their size and comfort. The hotel was generally well-kept and clean, though some guests noted areas that needed extra attention. The staff received high praise for their friendliness and helpfulness and the gym facilities were described as excellent. The spa facilities received mixed reviews and the outdoor and indoor pools were generally praised although some reviewers noted issues with cleanliness or maintenance.
