Premier Alatau Hotel is a 3-star establishment that offers a unique experience steeped in nostalgia for the Soviet era. While the building is old, it holds a certain charm for those interested in a retro atmosphere. The hotel's location is a standout feature, providing guests with easy access to nearby attractions. However, the facilities and services maintain only a minimum level of comfort consistent with its 3-star rating.
The rooms could benefit from cosmetic repairs, as the current standard does not fully match the price point. Despite its historical charm, some might find the overall ambiance to be somewhat monotonous and old-fashioned. It is worth noting that guests have reported the presence of call girls in the hotel, which could be a concern for some visitors.
In summary, Premier Alatau Hotel offers a glimpse into the past with its Soviet-style decor and excellent location, but it comes with certain limitations in comfort and modernity.

Summarized by AI
Dream Hotel receives positive acclaim for its strategic location in Almaty's "golden square," offering guests easy access to local attractions such as Kok Tobe Station, the Green Bazar, and additional landmarks, with a calm and quiet environment providing a peaceful retreat. Visitors enjoy modern, pristine rooms with high-quality furnishings and efficient air conditioning. The hotel's central position, combined with impeccable cleanliness, makes it an attractive option for those looking to explore the city conveniently.
Although the breakfast experience garners mixed reactions, the homemade, simple style is adequate for travelers who appreciate the affordable rates, despite its lack of variety and late service start. The rooms are praised for their tidiness and quality furniture, though some guests note the lack of windows in certain rooms, leading to occasional discomfort. Nevertheless, the excellent price-quality ratio ensures good value for those prioritizing cleanliness and location.
The hotel's staff receive consistent commendation for their friendliness, politeness, and helpfulness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Notable staff members such as Gunas and Zhasulan are recognized for their exceptional service in accommodating guest needs and enhancing their stay. Spacious and comfortable beds further contribute to a restful night, with prompt resolution of any initial issues with bed linens.
Overall, Dream Hotel is a favored choice for guests seeking a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located accommodation in Almaty, supported by exemplary staff service and an overall positive guest experience.
