However, guests were disappointed with the lack of attention to detail in certain areas, such as charging for the room safe and pool towels and holding back on quality products in the all-inclusive service. The food was a particular letdown with low quality and presentation not up to par with the hotel's category. The breakfast lacked variety and attention to detail with plastic containers for the omelettes and visible containers of eggs and oil. Service was also an issue with lack of courtesy from some restaurant staff and no room service available. Despite the hotel's positive points, guests felt let down by the lack of care and attention to the expected standards of a 4-star hotel.
