The hotel has spacious rooms with laguna views which are perfect for a long stay. Though some guests complained about the lack of facilities such as non-functional public computer, inaccessible minibar and absence of bathrobes and slippers in the rooms. The water in the pool was also murky which made it unusable. However, most guests found Novotel to be an excellent establishment and enjoyed their stay. Overall, Novotel Abidjan Plateau is a great option for those looking for a comfortable business hotel.
