Al Murjana Furnished Apartments for Families offers a tranquil and strategically located accommodation, particularly suited for families. The property is conveniently situated near essential services such as restaurants, shopping centers, groceries and cafes. It's also in close proximity to local attractions like Rghadan Park. A quiet, peaceful environment enhanced by being near a mosque is ideal for families seeking a secluded retreat away from city noise. Ample parking spaces add to its convenience.
The rooms at Al Murjana are spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. They include all necessary amenities like a kitchen, living area and bathroom, making them well-suited for both short and extended stays. The general cleanliness of the property is highly praised by guests with rooms and shared spaces consistently described as spotlessly clean, neat and fresh-smelling, contributing significantly to a pleasant stay.
Guests also commend the exemplary service provided by the staff. The reception team, particularly Mr. Nabil and Mr. Mohammed, are frequently praised for their courteous and professional behavior, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout the stay. The staff's quick responses and cooperative nature greatly enhance the guest experience.
While the property offers free WiFi, the connectivity quality varies with some guests finding it slow or weak, impacting the use of streaming services. On the positive side, parking facilities are ample, well-arranged and free, though some areas might be tight or challenging to navigate. The beds generally receive positive feedback for their comfort and cleanliness, although a few guests mentioned issues with bed size and positioning.
In terms of accessibility, the hotel provides convenient check-in and check-out processes and the staff is helpful. However, the physical accessibility of the property presents challenges, such as a narrow entrance, a small elevator and a confusing location that can be tricky to navigate.
Overall, Al Murjana Furnished Apartments for Families is highly appreciated for its cleanliness, comfort and friendly staff, offering good value for families. Minor inconveniences like WiFi connectivity and accessibility issues for individuals with special needs may require attention, but overall feedback indicates a positive and satisfying stay.
