Location

Thalassa Suites is situated in a remarkable and quiet location on the northern coast of Corfu, offering access to some of the best views and stunning surroundings. It is set amidst cool gardens, directly located on the beach with long, beautiful stretches of sand and a few restaurants and tavernas within walking distance. From the hotel, you can enjoy direct access to the sea with daily sunsets on the terrace suites. While it is a bit outside Acharavi, it provides an exceptional destination for a relaxed holiday with the town only 20-30 minutes away by walk on the beach, a cute town with food and several tavernas on the beach. On the north, south and west sides of the island, there are several cafes, taverns, shops and supermarkets for exploring. The hotel has a high quality of service and area around with friendly staff who love their job. However, a car is required to move around town comfortably since the location is a bit remote. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly located for exploring the mountain chain and open sea at the northwest with a distant view of Albania, a super starting point for discoveries.

Breakfast

Thalassa Suites offers some of the tastiest and varied breakfasts on the island. Guests describe the breakfast buffet as excellent, delicious and satisfying. There are vegan options, vegetable milk, muesli, several nut butters, juices, fruits and veggies. The breakfast offers both sweet and savory dishes and includes classic items like eggs in any form, bacon, tomatoes and fresh bread. The freshly squeezed orange juice is a favorite. The breakfast buffet is extensive and there is something for every taste. The breakfast area is lovely, often outside on a covered terrace or by the pool overlooking the sea. The service is excellent with warm and friendly reception staff. Some guests mentioned that it could be more varied, but overall, Thalassa Suites provides an exceptional breakfast experience.

Dinner

Thalassa Suites hotel does not have a restaurant, but guests can enjoy delicious club sandwiches, Greek salads, hamburgers and other treats at the beach bar for lunch. On Fridays and Sundays, the hotel organizes a Greek barbecue night with live music for €25 per person, which is highly recommended by previous guests. Although the hotel's kitchen is closed from 4 pm every day, guests can take a 3€ shuttle to the nearby town of Achavari for dinner. There are also several taverns and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The food served in the beach bar during lunchtime is tasty and guests can have grilled veggies or fish/seafood for the BBQ upon request. However, the hotel restaurant does not work and there were some issues with chef shortages, resulting in no opportunity to have an evening meal. Overall, guests were pleased with the variety of dining options available at Thalassa Suites and enjoyed their meals at the hotel.

They are spacious, modern, clean and tastefully designed which are tidied up every day. The hotel itself is beautiful, new and nicely designed in good taste. Rooms come with amenities such as a smart TV, air conditioning and comfortable beds. However, the kitchenette is not really equipped for cooking proper meals. Despite this, lovely spacious rooms with a basic kitchen is provided. The rooms are very clean and spacious which makes it more comfortable to stay in. The hotel also has cozy and spacious apartments, pools and nice rooms. They offer good-sized rooms and the beds are good. The hotel is modern with a well-maintained structure. The rooms are best equipped with good working internet and a large shower. The hotel also has a great location. The hotel is lovely and quiet with phenomenal, spacious and modern accommodations. However, some rooms could have some refreshment. The architecture is outstanding. But overall, the hotel is phenomenal, spacious, modern, stylish, clean and comfortable.
