Milana Hotel offers a strategically situated location that is highly appreciated by guests for its convenience and tranquility. Despite being in a busy neighborhood, guests enjoy its peaceful retreat and excellent access to essential services, restaurants, transportation, and proximity to the airport. The charm of the popular neighborhood, along with diverse dining options within walking distance, enhances the overall convenience. The hotel facilities, complemented by cleanliness and polite staff, contribute to a positive experience, making it an ideal base for visitors prioritizing accessibility and a restful stay.
The breakfast experience at Milana Hotel receives mixed reviews. Many guests find it refreshing and complete, with a variety of typical dishes catering to traditional tastes. Especially during Ramadan, the breakfast and atmosphere are described as wonderful. However, there are areas for improvement, including the availability of coffee, variety in options, and quality control of certain food items.
Milana rooms offer spaciousness appreciated by some guests, yet there are suggestions for improvement in furniture comfort and room amenities. Guests note that updates to furnishings and enhancements to room facilities such as providing kettles and cups could significantly increase comfort. Maintenance issues like non-working locks and unpleasant odors are noted, but the positives in room size contribute to a relaxing stay.
The hotel is lauded for its exceptional level of cleanliness, which guests consistently describe as spotless. Attentive staff further contribute to the welcoming and serene atmosphere. While there are occasional mentions of outdated furniture and some missing amenities, the dedication to cleanliness remains a defining factor in the hotel's positive reputation.
Milana's staff receives high praise for their warm and professional demeanor, particularly at the reception. They are noted for their accommodating, friendly, and professional attitude that fosters a respectful and hospitable environment. Mentioned staff members like Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Mohammed are commended for their exemplary service, enhancing the guest experience through a seamless and welcoming approach.
Parking at Milana is available, including underground options, but may not suffice for all guests, particularly those driving sports cars. Some reviewers mention limited spaces and higher fees, yet the availability adds convenience to the overall experience, especially with the hotel's location near the airport and various amenities. Improvements in parking accessibility and pricing could enhance guest satisfaction further.
In summary, Milana Hotel offers a strategically advantageous location, exceptional cleanliness, and a welcoming staff that collectively contribute to memorable stays. While certain areas such as breakfast variety, room amenities, and parking could improve, the overall positive reviews underscore the hotel's ability to provide comfort, convenience, and hospitality to its guests.
