Panorama Rooms is a superb family-run establishment, thanks to the lovely and accommodating Helena and her family. The staff were all incredible and made our stay very comfortable. The owner, Elena, is a fabulous and friendly person who provided a warm welcome on arrival, even serving us a nice cold drink. The owner was also extremely kind and helpful, while Eleni and her parents were very friendly people. The guests praised their host with comments such as "very friendly and welcoming" and "amazing hostess, kind team." The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and well-maintained with a pretty and friendly atmosphere. Despite staying only for a night, the guests had a wonderful experience and expressed their desire to return to Panorama Rooms. The tranquillity, staffs' kindness and cleanliness of the hotel impressed them with one guest even praising Eleni's chocolate as a lifesaver for an uphill hike.
