Location

The location of Inverlea Guest House is highly praised by guests. It is conveniently situated close to the town centre, beach and other key areas of interest. There is safe parking on the street and it is within easy walking distance to everything in Ayr. Despite being located on a busy road, it is quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal location away from the busier parts of Ayr. Guests also mention local restaurants, such as Saffy's and a very nice pub next door. Although a few guests mentioned that the location could have been better, the majority see the location as fantastic and very central to all that Ayr has to offer. Overall, guests highly recommend Inverlea Guest House for its great location.

Breakfast

The breakfast at Inverlea Guest House is a treat not to be missed, according to its guests. With an amazing Scottish breakfast and wide choice of options, everything is freshly made to order using quality ingredients. The delicious breakfast is plentiful and generous with lots of choices available, including a lovely full English breakfast, fresh fruit with Greek yogurt and honey and plenty of toast. Guests are spoilt for choice and the service is exceptional, making it an excellent and 1st class breakfast experience. The food is beautifully presented and caters to every taste with a fantastic selection of breakfast foods available. The full Scottish breakfast is amazing and the delicious breakfast kept guests going all day. Breakfast is superbly cooked and served by the marvellous landlady. Overall, the breakfast at Inverlea Guest House is a wonderful, delicious and fabulous experience that guests rave about, often stating it's the best breakfast they've had anywhere.

Some rooms even included extra treats like hot chocolate and a fabulous on-suite. The breakfast dining area was also lovely and the Scottish B&B offered superb value overall. The only downside mentioned were a few rooms that were a little tight for three people, but otherwise, this spotless and welcoming guesthouse provided everything guests needed for a comfortable stay.
