Breakers Resort, unfortunately, had a few hiccups when it comes to accommodating business travelers. Some guests reported the telephone in their rooms not functioning properly and the WiFi being limited to public areas. The absence of essential amenities such as hairdryers was also frustrating. On top of that, the hotel failed to communicate beforehand that their facilities were undergoing renovations which led to certain areas being closed off. However, despite these shortcomings, some guests did appreciate the spacious and clean rooms offered by Breakers Resort. That being said, the poor WiFi connectivity and capped coupon system left a bad taste in the mouths of several business travelers. While it's uncertain whether they will return to Breakers Resort for future business trips, it's clear that more attention needs to be paid to the needs of business travelers in order to make their stay as productive as possible.
