Location

Located in the heart of the coastal town, The Oxfordshire boasts a brilliant and excellent location just a stone's throw away from the beachfront and the promenade. The hotel is situated close to both the central and south pier, making it the perfect base for exploring the town's attractions. Guests loved that it was far enough from the town center to avoid the noise, yet still within walking distance to all the main sights. The hotel looks just as impressive in person as it does online with a lovely view of the beachfront from outside. For those who desire convenience, being just a two-minute walk to the beach and trams was certainly ideal. All in all, The Oxfordshire's location is superb and excellent for those looking to explore the town's beauty and charm.

Breakfast

The breakfast experience at The Oxfordshire was an enjoyable one according to guests who have stayed there. Many appreciated the continental breakfast which was exceptional and the full continental breakfast was set out in the room free of charge. Guests also enjoyed the breakfast baskets with cereal and wrapped croissant items kindly included. There was a great selection of continental breakfast with good choices of things to eat and to drink fruit juice. The room that some guests stayed in came with a complimentary continental breakfast which was nice for when they needed a little snack. The hotel offered plenty of breakfast choices in the room and the continental breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from. Some guests had no breakfast option, but the room had a fridge in it that was stocked with milk, orange juice and yogurts with Danish pastries, cereals, butter, jam, etc. set out on the table. Despite the restrictions, guests found the continental breakfast in the room lovely with lots of choices. However, some guests would have preferred the restaurant to be open to have breakfast instead of going out to a cafe.
