Guests have raved about the good facilities, including the pool, spa, gym and ski concierge. Many guests have truly loved their spa treatments, such as the Swedish massage with Nona. While some guests have noted that an additional outdoor spa would be nice, everyone agrees that the pool and spa are excellent. Even though the indoor spas are currently closed due to COVID-19, the gym and hot tub are clean and well-maintained. In general, guests have found all of the amenities to be perfect, including the gym, pool and spas. While a few negative reviews have been written about the spa experience being disappointing or not meeting expectations, these are in the minority - most guests have found the spa staff to be professional and the spa services to be top-notch.
