Even our dog was taken care of by the reception staff while we enjoyed breakfast. The chef even came out to check on us during dinner and the manager chatted with us for a long time about the local area. The staff are a credit to the hotel and were excellent, except for one reviewer who felt the staff lacked empathy. However, overall, the staff were fantastic, especially Luke and made our stay clean, comfortable and unforgettable.
