The Effect Grand Victoria Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive presents a mixed bag of reviews from its guests, predominantly highlighting its status as a solid four-star hotel with a few caveats. Many guests acknowledge that the hotel offers facilities and amenities typical of a 4-star establishment, with its beautiful appearance and promise of indulgence in food and drink standing out positively. For some visitors, the hotel surpasses expectations, with experiences better than in some five-star hotels, and they see it truly deserving its four-star rating.
However, the overall experience seems to vary, suggesting discrepancies in quality and service. Some guests find parts of the hotel outdated, with certain areas not reflecting the advertised four-star standard. Issues like the small restaurant size, lack of available sun loungers without early morning waits, and no private parking have been noted. The ultra all-inclusive claim seems to fall short of some guests' expectations, resembling more of a standard all-inclusive offering.
Room experiences appear inconsistent, with some expressing satisfaction in terms of cleanliness and comfort, while others reporting discrepancies in booking specifics and soundproofing reminiscent of a lower star rating. Despite these criticisms, the hotel remains a recommended destination for those seeking a lively atmosphere with good food and plentiful drinks. It seems to encapsulate a charming yet potentially variable four-star experience, making it essential for prospective visitors to manage their expectations accordingly.

Avenue Hotel Deluxe presents itself as a four-star hotel, but guest reviews indicate that it often falls short of this standard. While the cleanliness and comfort, such as the beds and clean linens, align with what one might expect from a four-star establishment, other aspects don't measure up. Guests have noted that the breakfast is of poor quality, not in line with four-star expectations. There are also comments about limited parking space and some facilities like a functional bathroom meeting four-star criteria, yet many reviews indicate that the hotel overall feels more like a three-star or even a two-star venue.
The hotel offers some complementary features that align with four-star standards, but it's clear that the overall experience doesn't match the high expectations. Many guests have pointed out that the restaurant quality is inadequate for a hotel of this rating and amenities like minibars in rooms being empty further drop the perceived value. Issues such as non-darkening curtains, lack of typical four-star room accessories like slippers and bathrobes, as well as comments on the poor finishing work, point to a general inconsistency.
Despite efforts by the staff and some positive aspects like the hotel's atmosphere and suitability for families, the consensus is that Avenue Hotel Deluxe doesn't meet the four-star level it's rated at. There are high points in cleanliness and specific amenities, but the gaps in service quality, food and certain facilities leave guests feeling that the four-star promise isn't fulfilled.

The Ivana Palace Hotel, which advertises itself with a four-star rating, seems to fall short of guest expectations. Many reviews suggest that its classification might more closely align with a three-star hotel. While the hotel does boast several facilities typical of a four-star establishment, such as a pool and spacious rooms, numerous guests have pointed out areas where it fails to live up to the standard.
Several aspects have been criticized, particularly the breakfast and dinner offerings, which guests found repetitive and lacking in variety—quite disappointing for a hotel holding a four-star designation. In terms of cleanliness, reports indicate that housekeeping services were minimal, addressing only the basics like changing towels with deeper cleaning apparently neglected.
The staff's competence also came under scrutiny with feedback indicating that the service quality could be improved. Although advertised as a four-star, the general consensus from guest reviews suggests that the Ivana Palace Hotel's overall conditions and services do not quite match up to the high expectations associated with that rating.

Despite some negative comments on the quality of drinks and food, the latter is still tasty and the former is subjectively judged. Surprisingly, some guests who expected less from this 4-star rated hotel shared that they were impressed with its cleanliness and maintenance. Although some guests remarked that the hotel's facilities and services are more suited to a 3-star rating, the hotel staff's hospitality will make up for it.
