Some found it a bit tatty and not as clean as they had hoped for. Others felt it was good value for money, but minor tweaks could be made for a more comfortable stay. Despite some mixed reviews, many guests enjoyed their stay and found it to be a nice place. Some felt there were better hotels in Buxton, but would stay at The Palace Hotel again if they were prepared for the extra costs.
