While there is a parking fee, accessible parking is available for disabled guests. For families with special needs, the hotel provides a shower chair and accessible parking close to the rooms. However, some guests had negative experiences, including a non-working TV remote, difficulty finding the pool and restaurant and an inaccessible room.
