Room amenities in reusable rather than plastic throw-away bottles. Mattresses and bed linen sourced from CocoMat, sustainably oriented company with use of natural/organic materials. Application for the LEED certificate has been presented. Organic certified beverages in place of comercial brands (fanta, Coca Cola), natural organic wine offered.
