Its location is convenient, making it easy to find and with parking available in the nearby multistorey opposite. The hotel staff are accommodating, allowing early check-ins and arranging for rooms to be close together. Although there were some design faults in the bathroom, the pool and jacuzzi were clean. Unfortunately, the changing rooms lacked privacy with no individual cubicles. Additionally, the taps for the shower/bath were awful and the sink ones had no indication of hot or cold on/off. Overall, the hotel was rated as being okay, but hygiene control was an issue with only two elevators working most of the time causing long waits due to others being out of service.
