While some parts of the hotel may require some renovation work, the 4-star rating is well-deserved, thanks in part to the massage complex, pool, spa and attentive staff. The breakfast and bar areas could use some touch-ups though. The rooms, unfortunately, appear outdated and could use some improvements. Some guests have noted a lack of proper greeting upon arrival but overall, the hotel staff is accommodating.
