The presence of only one elevator for the entire hotel often results in long wait times and the lack of lighting on the steps at night further complicates mobility. Additionally, the pool area has slippery tiles which could be hazardous. Though the pool itself is accessible and well-maintained, guests with mobility issues may find getting around the property challenging due to the numerous stairs and poor pram access, especially en route to the beach which is quite distant from the hotel. Overall, while some accessible features are present, significant improvements are needed to make the hotel more accommodating for all guests.
