The staff is friendly and attentive to guests' needs and the spa service and quality are top-notch. The indoor and outdoor hot springs are great and provide a beautiful view and the indoor swimming pool is meticulously maintained and has warm water making it ideal for swimming even during the colder months. The rooms are well-designed, spacious and comfortable and housekeeping does an excellent job of maintaining them. However, the dining options at the hotel may not be outstanding and the breakfast experience seems to be a mixed bag with some guests enjoying it while others found it lacking. The restaurant staff can improve on the quality of the dishes and service and the cleanliness was also an issue in the restaurant and room balconies. However, most guests praised the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and service and the swimming pool facilities are well-maintained and designed to provide maximum fun and safety for all.
