Maintenance and upgrades are clearly needed, as many units felt very dated and not worth the high cost some guests paid. Additionally, issues with basic amenities such as non-working TVs and slow internet compounded their disappointments. The indoor pool hours were not as advertised, closing earlier than expected, which also contributed to guests' dissatisfaction.

Overall, while there are some redeeming features like location and cost, the poor state of maintenance and cleanliness and the dated facilities make this accommodation less appealing compared to its price point.
