Despite this, the hotel provides very good and superb services and facilities, including a proper chef in the kitchen. On the downside, some guests felt that the chef was absent, affecting the quality of the food and that no apologies were provided.

Nevertheless, it's clear that there's an urgent need for refurbishment to bring the hotel up to a true 4-star standard.
