Although the breakfast was good, some guests felt that food and snacks were a little pricey. The decor is modern, but some felt it could use a little work. On the downside, some guests reported poor temperature control, the absence of bathroom fans that attracted mold and no free breakfast. Additionally, there were some complaints about maintenance and noise issues. Finally, one guest reported being charged $50 for an unauthorized pet fee, even though the pet did not stay overnight and they were not informed of the fee in advance. Despite these issues, the EVEN Hotel Eugene by IHG, offers a pleasant and clean place to stay.
