On the downside, some guests reported poor temperature control, the absence of bathroom fans that attracted mold and no free breakfast. Additionally, there were some complaints about maintenance and noise issues. Finally, one guest reported being charged $50 for an unauthorized pet fee, even though the pet did not stay overnight and they were not informed of the fee in advance.
