Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa is a fantastic 5-star hotel with exceptional facilities and services. However, some guests were disappointed to find issues such as limited vegetarian menus and no air conditioning in a few rooms. The hotel features many different bar and dining areas to relax and unwind. The private rooms provide an exquisite experience and the staff offers service worthy of the 5 red stars. Although there were a few negative comments regarding the Renaissance restaurant and communication professionalism, most guests had no complaints at all. Some guests mentioned that the hotel lacked certain elements that should be a must in a 5-star hotel, such as toothpaste and proper towels. Despite this, the hotel is exceptional and perfect for a luxurious stay.
