The modern and reasonably priced rooms come with lovely surroundings that make for a relaxing stay. Some guests were really pleased with the restaurant and the delicious food, but others commented that the breakfast was average to poor for a four-star hotel. Despite that, most guests were happy with their overall stay and would happily recommend the hotel. The hotel spa was a favourite among returning guests and the location of the hotel close to lots of attractions and countryside was perfect for exploring Snowdonia. While some guests felt the hotel was overpriced considering the facilities included, others thought it was a luxury stay that exceeded their expectations. The rooms were clean and the staff polite and accommodating. All in all, a good hotel choice for families, couples or singles seeking a peaceful and pleasant stay in Snowdonia.
