Guests have described it as a lovely luxury break, exceptional and of high quality. Although some guests found the menu a bit limited for a 4 star hotel, others complimented the hotel's beautiful aesthetics. The beds are very comfortable and the overall experience is very pleasant. However, the price for parking in the station car park was deemed expensive. Despite a fire alarm going off at 2:30am which marred one guest's experience, the hotel has provided a great value for money and worked for many guests. In conclusion, the Clayton Hotel Cambridge is a lovely hotel that offers excellent facilities and services that allows guests to have a memorable experience.
