Instances of mold, broken tiles and occasional insect sightings have been mentioned, stressing the need for refurbishment and better attention to detail.
Cleanliness is another mixed aspect; while some guests affirm the hotel's general cleanliness and the maintenance of the pool and hot tub area, others have reported significant issues, including unclean floors, musty smells and subpar housekeeping in some areas.
