With plenty of space for families, including great family sized rooms and lodges with their own kitchens, you'll have all the comforts of home. For kids, there are plenty of activities like a play area, large connect 4 and even tortoises to meet. Plus with early family swim times, your little ones can splash around to their heart's content. While there are plenty of places to eat in Fowey, some reviews noted it was hard to find something for children to eat at the hotel. However, the well-appointed family cottage in picturesque surroundings and the arrival tray with groceries for the first night was a nice touch. While the hotel is great for mobile people and families, some guests noted that the shower wasn't accessible and there were not enough toiletries for the whole family. Additionally, some parents let their children run wild until late at night which may not be ideal for all families. Nevertheless, overall, it's a fun stay with things to do for children and a great location for a quiet family break. Finally, the staff went out of their way to accommodate some of our needs, making it clear that it's classed as a family hotel.
