The hotel features beautifully maintained surroundings, a peaceful location and cozy common areas, providing a great escape for guests.

M Hotel, nestled in the picturesque town of Genk and graced with views of a serene lake and adjacent parkland, offers a comfortable and spacious stay. Guests appreciate the staff's friendliness and the hotel's excellent location, creating a welcoming atmosphere fused with convenience. The hotel provides good value for money and features a self-service breakfast that, while comprehensive, may not meet the expectations set by its four-star classification.
However, there are notable concerns about its four-star rating. Guests have remarked that the hotel is in need of renovation, and some feel that the service level and facilities fall short of the expected standard. A critical point is the absence of air conditioning, a feature deemed essential for a hotel of this stature, leading to discomfort during warm weather. Additionally, the hygiene of the rooms has been mentioned as not quite meeting the mark, and the extra cost for parking seems unwarranted to some.
Overall, while M Hotel offers a pleasant stay in a beautiful setting, there is a consensus that certain improvements are necessary for it to fully live up to its four-star potential.
