Some guests have mentioned minor issues such as outdated showers and unfriendly staff in the relaxation room, but overall, the spa is top-notch. The pool and sauna areas are very pleasant and the music concept in the spa area is a nice touch. Children are not allowed in the spa, but there is a supervised playroom for parents to enjoy some relaxation time. Despite some minor flaws, Lenkerhof gourmet spa resort - Relais & Châteaux's spa is one of the best with many guests rating it as exceptional.
