Several guests have described it as being in the cellar and looking dingy, grubby and tired. The changing rooms are tiny with no doors on the cubicles and the lockers are mostly broken. Moreover, the worst part is that the pool is freezing with hardly any bubbles in the jacuzzi. The misleading photos of the hotel also add to guests' dissatisfaction. However, a few guests have found the pool to be great and even lovely and warm. Overall, while the hotel boasts of an indoor swimming pool, guests should not get their hopes up too high.
