The pool facilities are particularly great and guests have the option to use the sauna and steam room as well. There's a straight pathway in the building leading to the spa room. While some guests couldn't book any treatments, they enjoyed the gym, pool, sauna and steam bath included in the close by facility. Although some guests would have appreciated clearer information on using the health spa, they found the spa facilities very good overall and would recommend staying again. However, some felt misled by the hotel being advertised as a spa hotel while the facilities were actually more akin to a fitness and wellness centre. Finally, while the access to the spa was limited during the bank holiday, guests still enjoyed the swimming pool.
