However, extra charges apply for access to the spa facilities, which some guests found ridiculous or crazy. Despite some issues with hot water and facilities not working properly, the spa center was generally considered amazing and top-notch by guests. Some were disappointed with having to pay extra for pool usage or not being able to use the spa pool after booking massages. Nevertheless, the spa was able to accommodate guests' requests for comfortable spa experiences, such as the Ultimate Detox Reviver. Additionally, the hotel offers good restaurants, a kids club and the unique concept of living on a protected island away from the crowds of Venice.

Some guests found the spa to be a rip off with no pool and just a small jacuzzi and steam room. The spa also operates with limited hours, closing at 6pm in the winter and on Tuesdays. Additionally, the cost of 40€ per person for just two hours of spa access was not worth it for some guests. Others, however, found the wellness area to be awesome and relaxing. The quality of massages received at the spa varied and some guests found the facility too small for the price paid. Overall, the gym and wellness area were a bit disappointing for some, but still offered a somewhat relaxing experience.

Other guests had trouble accessing the spa due to it being fully booked or closed for the entirety of their stay. Despite these issues, some guests who did get to use the spa enjoyed the treatments and massages on offer. However, some felt that the spa was not well-maintained and expensive for the service provided. Overall, while there were good things heard about the spa, it seems wise to pre-book treatments and massages and to be aware of the extra costs involved in using the facilities.
