Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Super 8 by Wyndham Riviera Beach West Palm Beach is praised for its prime location, offering easy access to major roads like I-95 and proximity to various attractions, including the beach, dining options, and shopping outlets, making it a convenient choice for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel's ample parking, even for large vehicles, adds to its appeal, especially for those on business trips. However, some guests have expressed concerns about the outdoor environment feeling less secure at night.
Despite the favorable location, the hotel receives mixed reviews regarding its amenities and service. The complimentary breakfast is a particular point of dissatisfaction, with many guests finding it inadequate and misleading, consisting of limited options like tea, coffee, and muffins that fail to satisfy expectations of a hearty meal.
The rooms at the hotel are noted for being spacious and equipped with useful amenities like microwaves and fridges. However, there is significant room for improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. Guests have reported issues such as smoke odors in non-smoking rooms, cigarette burns, dirt, and stains, along with unclean bathrooms and signs of poor maintenance. These persistent cleanliness problems, combined with structural issues, detract from the overall guest experience and highlight a need for refurbishment and better upkeep.
Overall, while the location and convenience of the Super 8 by Wyndham Riviera Beach West Palm Beach stand out as positives, there is a substantial need for enhancing the quality of breakfast offerings, room cleanliness, and maintenance to improve guest satisfaction.
