The food served here meets the level of a four-star hotel. Although there was no Wi-Fi available except during breakfast and dinner times, the hotel staff made up for it by providing great service for special occasions such as birthdays. Guests were hoping for a safe in their rooms, which is often expected from a four-star hotel. However, some guests were disappointed with the spaciousness of their rooms, as the photos on the hotel's website made them look larger. Despite these minor issues, Parkhotel Schillerhain is a great place to stay.
