Newcomers to 4Living immediately sense the positive and lively energy of 10 years of service to young people from Alexandra, Johannesburg. Since 2011 4Living Guesthouse has partnered with Yoga4Alex and more than 200 youth have attended yoga workshops at the guesthouse. Twelve young adults have become qualified yoga teachers - they in turn have inspired 1000s of high school youth to practice yoga.
