Celyn Hotel City Mall receives widespread approval for its prime location, making it an attractive choice for travelers seeking convenience and accessibility. Positioned within the City Mall, the hotel provides direct access to a wide variety of dining options, shops, a cinema, and a bookstore, ensuring guests have a comprehensive urban experience at their fingertips. The proximity to the Giant supermarket and key hospitals like QE and KPJ adds to the appeal, offering guests easy access to essentials and medical facilities when needed. The additional benefit of free parking makes it even more convenient for those wishing to explore the city's vibrant shopping and dining scenes without the worry of vehicle accommodation. Though close to the city center, the hotel also stands at a reasonable distance from the airport, making it an ideal spot for a leisure-filled yet practical stay.
While the reviews on cleanliness are mixed, those who enjoyed their stay noted that their rooms and the hotel interiors were clean and modern, contributing to a comfortable experience. Yet, there are areas for improvement, as some guests reported concerns about cleaning standards, such as dusty rooms, oily floors, and a musty smell in common areas. Despite these issues, there is hope that the hotel will address and improve its housekeeping diligence.
The staff at Celyn Hotel City Mall receives consistent praise for their warmth and helpfulness. Described as polite and approachable, the team is recognized for their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist guests. Guests appreciate the efficient check-in process facilitated by courteous counter staff and commend the hotel management for their responsive communication, including assistance via WhatsApp. The staff's dedication to enhancing the guest experience—such as quickly arranging extra beds—further solidifies their positive impact on visitor satisfaction. Overall, Celyn Hotel City Mall offers a compelling stay, marked by its strategic location and commendable service.
