Hotel Orchidee presents itself as a solid choice, often mentioned to be an easy 4-star location with friendly staff and overall excellent value. However, some guests feel it falls short of the typical four-star expectations, describing it more akin to a 3+ star establishment due to factors such as the lack of certain facilities like a fitness center or sauna/pool and the uninspiring breakfast quality, particularly the bread. The hotel's practical, albeit somewhat underwhelming ambiance and its location next to a cemetery, contribute to a perception that does not fully align with its four-star rating. Despite these aspects, it remains recommended by many for its convenient, albeit isolated, location and generally positive service experience.
