F ZEEN Kefalonia is a 5-star hotel with exceptional service that is hard to match. However, some guests have mentioned that the rooms were dated and not up to standard for a 5-star hotel. In addition, the food was fairly average compared to other 5-star hotels they had visited during their two-week vacation in Greece. Overall, the majority of guests were satisfied with their experience and thought that everything was extraordinary. Although the breakfast buffet was not as varied and extensive as other 5-star hotels, guests still enjoyed their stay at F ZEEN Kefalonia.
