Montebay Perla is a hotel that has sparked a variety of opinions regarding its claimed four-star status. Many guests feel that while the hotel presents itself as a four-star establishment, its offerings are more akin to those expected from a three-star hotel. The hotel has been noted for pricing that aligns with four-star expectations, yet guests found the services provided to be of a lower standard, reflecting more of a three-star experience.
Critics have pointed out that both the facilities and the location fall short of what one might anticipate in a four-star environment. Some visitors have been left wondering about the hotel's awarded star rating, suggesting that a reevaluation might be appropriate, with some believing a rating closer to two or three stars might better match the experience. Bellezza Resort & SPA is generally perceived as a four-star establishment, thanks to its high-quality service and amenities. Guests appreciate the overall attention to detail and commend the staff's effort to uphold a standard that aligns with its rating. However, certain areas like the C block could benefit from refurbishment to fully meet the expectations associated with four-star accommodations. Notably, some guests find specific policies, like charging extra for a cappuccino at breakfast, unexpected and feel that the hotel occasionally prioritizes profit over guest convenience. Despite these critiques, Bellezza Resort & SPA maintains a reputation consistent with its rating, offering a reliable stay that promises above-average comfort and service.
