Gran Hotel de Querétaro offers a mixed experience for travelers seeking luxury accommodations. While the hotel's general ambiance and location receive praise for being excellent, placing guests conveniently close to historical sites and areas of interest, there are notable discrepancies in meeting the advertised five-star standard. Guests often appreciate the good service across various areas, but it is seen as needing improvement to align with expectations for a luxury hotel. With no room service or in-house restaurant, the hotel's amenities fall short of what many associate with top-tier accommodations. Despite its merits, the consensus suggests that the hotel does not fully justify its five-star rating or the price point above 100 EUR per night. Overall, while the Gran Hotel de Querétaro has strengths in its setting and basic service, it leaves room for enhancement to meet the luxury standards it purports to uphold.
