Unfortunately, the decor was described as outdated and many rooms needed significant refurbishment, including the bathrooms and basic amenities like coffee makers, microwaves and refrigerators.
The breakfast experience fell short of expectations with many guests disappointed by its absence and poor communication regarding its availability. Those looking for morning dining options had to explore nearby cafes.
The hotel's WiFi also received negative feedback due to connectivity issues and additional fees for usage, which contradicted initial advertisements of free internet access.
