Janna e Sole Resort offers a picturesque setting for guests seeking a relaxing getaway, but according to reviews, it struggles to meet the expectations that accompany its four-star rating. Many visitors feel the resort does not align with the European standard typically associated with four-star establishments. The hotel's facilities and services could benefit from a touch of refinement, as some guests have pointed out that both the quality of beverages and food are not up to par. Despite its all-inclusive promise, there are areas where this experience falls short—leaving guests desiring more. Details like room maintenance and attentiveness in service appear to need improvement to truly reflect the level of luxury and comfort expected from the rating. For travelers seeking a four-star escape with seamless perks, this resort might require careful consideration before booking.

SECRET VILLAGE Budoni presents a complex picture when considering its four-star rating and offered services. While its elegant structure and warm, courteous service from the Amare Italia staff earn high marks, particularly from guests valuing friendly interactions, the consensus suggests the hotel falls short of its advertised four-star status. Many guests expected more luxurious accommodations and services, feeling the experience was more in line with a three-star establishment. Despite the hotel being well-equipped in terms of facilities, the atmosphere, particularly regarding staff interactions with guests from different booking platforms, varied, with some guests experiencing less favorable service. Overall, while SECRET VILLAGE Budoni has its merits, there is room for improvement to meet the expectations associated with a four-star rating.
