The location is perfect, near the castle and the cathedral with proximity to the old town. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed with all the little extras one could want including a lovely shower and comfy beds with soft pillows. The breakfast served by the staff is delightful and exceptional with interesting variations on the traditional theme. The manager and staff are excellent, very polite, attentive and friendly. Although some guests found the stairs and parking challenging, the overall experience is comfortable, homely and welcoming with good prices. The king size bed is spacious and comfortable, whilst some twin rooms may feel slightly cramped. The only downside is the slightly tired look of the property's communal areas and rooms with outdated décor. However with an exceptional location, great views, secure parking and attentive hosts, this B&B is a real gem for anyone visiting the beautiful city.
